Here’s a brief iphone video of my trip to Peru so far… Looking forward to the rest of it.
Tomorrow morning I head to Peru for a week of shooting. It’s an exciting trip for me because I get to visit Peru for the first time AND I get to shoot 4 by 5. This is the first time in more than a year that a client has okayed 4 by 5 for a shoot. I know there are still some photographers out there who shoot only film (Martin Schoeller) but I’ve found that if digital is an option, then digital it is. The other fun part of the shoot is that video is a key component as well. 4 by 5 and video on one project – I like it!
Below is a polaroid I shot this weekend as a warm up. This is a 120 second exposure on 110mm lens at f5.6.
